Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Flex Home Services does with the information you give us through this website. We keep it short and specific, because a policy you cannot read is not much use to you.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive whatever you type into it. That is normally your name, your phone number, your email address, and a description of the work you need. We only ask for what we need to get back to you with a useful answer.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to quote and carry out the work you asked about, and to keep in touch about that job. That is all.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else can see it
The services that run this website can technically access what passes through them: the company that hosts the site, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for anything else.
Cookies
This site stores a few small values in your browser so that when you send us a form we can see which page you arrived on and what brought you here. They stay for 90 days, they hold no name or contact details, and the site works normally if you block or delete them.
Asking us to delete it
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
